
Terms and Conditions
Floristry coaching and workshops
1. Booking & PaymentFull payment is required to secure your place on a workshop or course unless otherwise agreed in writing.Spaces are limited and bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis.Payments are non-transferable without prior agreement.
2. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations made more than 28 days before the course date will receive a full refund minus any booking or payment processing fees.Cancellations made between 14–28 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund.Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before the course date are non-refundable due to materials, flowers and venue costs already incurred.If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.Tracy Rowbottom Design reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to illness, low numbers or circumstances beyond our control. In this situation, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. Workshop ContentWorkshop content, timings and tutors may occasionally vary slightly from the advertised programme depending on flower availability, seasonal materials and group size.Fresh flowers and sundries are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted with similar materials where necessary.
4. AttendancePlease arrive on time to ensure the smooth running of the session.Late arrivals may miss important demonstrations or introductions.Workshops are designed for adults unless otherwise stated.
5. Health & SafetyParticipants attend workshops at their own risk.Floristry involves the use of scissors, knives, wire and other sharp tools. Reasonable care must be taken at all times.Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions or accessibility requirements.Tracy Rowbottom Design cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during workshops or events.
6. Photography & Social MediaWe may occasionally photograph or film workshops for promotional and social media purposes.By attending, you consent to the use of these images unless you notify us in advance that you prefer not to appear in photographs.
7. Course Materials & Intellectual PropertyAll teaching materials, demonstrations, recipes, handouts and course content remain the intellectual property of Tracy Rowbottom Design.Materials are provided for personal learning use only and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Certificates & CompletionSome courses may include a certificate of attendance or completion. This is not an accredited qualification unless specifically stated.
9. Gift VouchersGift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher.
10. LiabilityTracy Rowbottom Design shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from participation in workshops or courses.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
